Why we exist.

Communities change. A neighborhood that was a great fit ten or twenty years ago might not be today. But most real estate platforms gloss over it with nice photos and marketing tactics to increase your house fever. They're designed to close the sale, not to tell you what they actually know about the area.

We believe that you have a right to see the unfiltered truth about an area before you commit your family’s future to it — clearly, and without a sales pitch.

So we built ReloMaps.

Where we’re coming from.

We care about quality of life, socioeconomics, safety, trends, and above all... stability. We prefer it because it allows us to model what to expect. Places going through dramatic changes are harder to accurately analyze, and you'll notice they're not graded well in our system.

A lot of other sites lean on metrics like "livability" or "walkscore" that quietly encode one particular lifestyle and world view of what a good place to live is. We don't.

If you don’t share our view, you'll still find our data useful. And soon you’ll be able to get personalized grades.
